Here is how you make Protein Power Peanut Butter Balls:

1. Mix 1 cup peanut butter, 1 cup of protein powder, 1 cup splenda, 1/4 cup coconut oil, and salt.2. If it is too wet and won't form balls that keep their shape, add a little more protein powder until they are easier to work with.3. Using a half tblsp, scoop up the dough and roll into balls then roll in remaining protein powder (you can also roll in crushed nuts, unsweetened coconut, unsweetened cocoa powder, etc but note recipe calculations are rolling in protein powder).4.
