Here is how you make Long-Run Cake from Runner's World:

Preheat oven to 350.In food processor, grind oats and turbinado until it's flour-like. In a medium bowl, mix oat mixture, cacao, baking powder and salt. In food processor, blend beans, applesauce and coffee until smooth. In a large bowl, use a mixer to blend eggs and xylitol until light and foamy. Add bean/applesauce mixture and vanilla to egg mixture. Beat until combined. Add oat/cacao mixture all at once. Blend on low until moistened, then on medium high for 30 seconds until smooth.
