Made this after reading about all the chemicals listed in the ingredients of several Coffee Shops. My house tends to avoid "poisons" that cause cancer and other lovely* forms of death or dying. Of course caramel syrup is not "healthy" but this one won't give you bladder cancer or something. Also stays syrupy in the fridge so you can pump in with a fancy coffee pump (totally fun). Keep refrigerated and use it! No preservatives here! I use like this: 12 oz brewed coffee 12 oz Soy milk 2 Tbs (this stuff) Makes 25 oz latte with only about 230 calories... not 550 like the coffee houses.
