Here is how you make Baked Oatmeal Casserole:

Pre-heat oven to 375. Combine oatmeal, sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, 1/2 cup walnuts and 1/2 cup strawberries. In a separate bowl, mix milk, egg, butter, and vanilla. Spray baking pan with non-stick spray. add the dry ingredients. Add the additional strawberries, walnuts, and cut up banana on top. Add the liquid to the top, then shake the pan to make sure the liquid reaches the bottom. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until brown on top.
