1/4 c Frank's Red Hot
3 Tbsp Butter
Pinch of salt

Here is how you make buffalo Cauliflower:

Preheat oven to 450Line baking sheet with foil and spray with non-stick spray and set aside.Wash cauliflower and cut into pieces.In Med bowl, mix together the batter ingredients. It will be thick.Dip each piece of cauliflower into batter until evenly coated. Arrange in a single layer on baking sheet.Bake for about 15 min until the batter hardens.In a small bowl, mix together the buffalo sauce ingredients.Once cauliflower are done, remove from oven and brush with the buffalo sauce. Again, fully and evenly coat each piece.Put back in the oven and bake for a few more minutes. (5-7 min) until mostly dried and the cauliflower is crispy.
