230g container MacLarens Imperial Cheese, room temp
dash Salt
1/4 tsp Frank's Red Hot sauce
1/4 tsp Worchestershire Sauce
1 1/2 cups All Purpose Flour
4 cups Gluten Free Puffed Rice Cereal (the type like "Rice Crispies")

Here is how you make Imperial Cheese Cookies:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.Mix together the butter and cheese until smooth. Stir in salt, hot sauce, and Worchestershire until completely incorportated.Stir in flour, and then carefully stir in cereal.Using rounded tablespoonful or small cookie scoop, roll into balls and place on cookie sheet. Flatten slightly with fingers or palm of hand.Bake for 12 - 15 minutes. Cookies will only brown slightly around edges. Cool on cookie sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to cooling rack to cool completely.Store in an airtight container up to a week , or freeze for up to 3 months.*** I used a Pampered Chef stoneware baking sheet and they took 15 minutes.
