This recipe was my Grandma's. She rolled it into a ball and rolled it in crushed walnuts before putting it on the table. I don't bother with the nuts. Also, one box of Ritz crackers (4 sleeves) is the perfect size for this cheese ball. Add more minced garlic if you like garlic.
