Pour 8 cups of milk in microwavable dish -- I use an 8 cup Pyrex bowl. Heat the milk to 180 degree in microwave. You can replace the wet coffee filters with dry ones to wick out more moisture and use it as a ricotta or cream cheese substitute. For yogurt, you can add jelly, jam or flavored coffee creamers to change the flavor and thickness...Just add the calories into your calculation.
