2 Tablespoons unpacked brown sugar ( I did not have sugar sub in house)
cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves OR pumpkin pie spice to taste

Here is how you make Whipped Pumpkin Cream Cheese:

Using either stand mixer or hand mixer whip (highest speed) cream cheese about 30 seconds. Add sugar, whip another 30 seconds. Add pumpkin 1 Tbsp at a time. Taste after each addition. Whip about 30 seconds after each addition. Add spices when you have pumpkin taste you prefer. Whip 2 minutes. Serve on bagels or anything you like. I will try with fat free cream cheese next time.
