1 tsp. frenchs worcestershire sauce
3 oz cabot extra sharp white cheddar cheese

Here is how you make Reduced Fat Cheese Sauce:

In medium saute' pan melt margarin and add the flours. Stir and cook 2minutes on low heat.Grate the sharp cheee and set aside. Stir in the cream cheese until completely melted. When that has melted add in the parmesan cheese and salt and pepper. Add the worcestershire sauce and sharp cheese. Stir until melted and heated through.
