We went to a Greek Festival this weekend and I sampled this delicious dip. I came home and found a few recipes online, but this is the only one that looked like it might give the orange color we saw. The recipe we ate actually tasted like feta, hot sauce and maybe either green onions or jalepenos. It was served with fried pita chips, but of course I would use baked or veggies. It was awesome!

Pulse on and off until well blended.Scoop into a bowl and add the olive oil and feta and mash with a fork untl blended. Seasoning with your lemon juice, pepper and oregano.
