Smucker's Strawberry perserves

Here is how you make Cajun Cheese Spread:

Recommend using a food processer.Shred cheese coursely. Set in feezer for 15 minutes to keep from clumping together. Shred pecans to very fine consistency; set aside.Put cheese back in processor and continue chopping to finer consistency; add pepper a little at a time to taste. Remove and set aside.Chop onion to very fine consistency.Combine (with hands) cheese, pecans, onion and mayo until mixed. Form into ball(s) on serving dish.
