In large pot saute the chopped onion, garlic , bell peppers until soft . Then add the 2 pkgs of raw coleslaw. 2. Add chopped cooked meat.3. Add one can chopped water chest nuts.4. Add broth , salt and pepper. Over medium heat. 5. Add soy sauce 6. Mix well and heat till coleslaw is soft. Remove from heat and prepare egg wash : 4 eggs / 4 Tbsp water. Beat egg mixture and set aside. 7. In frying pan heat canola oil till it sizzles by dropping one drop of water into it. 8. On a large plate brush egg roll wrap with egg wash on both sides. 9. With a 1/4 measuring cup , scoop mixture in pot and place in center of egg roll. Follow pkg instructions on how to fill/wrap. 10. Roll up each egg roll and place in oil. Frying for about a min on each side , till golden brown. Then place on paper towel to drain grease.
