Here is how you make Frank's Buffalo Chicken and Spinach Dip:

Boil chicken, shred, or to make it easier, throw it in the food processor/blender and pulse it til desired texture. Put softened cream cheese, hot sauce and chicken into baking dish and mix. Add shredded cheese and bake for about 20-25 minutes- then mix/stir in spinach for the last few minutes (so you don't lose all your nutrients:-))!
