2 teaspoons ground cumin

1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

1/2 cup fresh cilantro sprigs
1/2 cup plain low-fat yogurt
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
16 slider buns
1 cucumber (8 ounces), halved lengthwise and thinly sliced
