(Remove paper towels).In a small, liquid-tight container, mix olive oil, lemon/lime juice, and sambal olek. Shake well.Pour sauce over chickpeas, and toss well to cover. Sprinkle garam masala (or your choice of seasonings) over sauced chickpeas, and coat well.
