Here is how you make Chia PB Chocolate Energy Bites:

Mix oatmeal, chia and protein powderIn separate container mix nut butter of your choosing, honey, chocolate chips (mini would work best. I threw mine in the food processor), and vanilla extract. Mix the wet and dry ingredients until thoroughly moistened. Can use a few tsp of almond milk or water to help gain the right consistency. You want it to be sticky but not dry, so the balls will stay together.Refrigerate mixture for 30 min or so. Form balls out of the mixture. Can store in fridge or freezer in airtight container. Can be customized with just about any ingredients you can think of.
