2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp cream
3/4 cup of chocolate whey protein powder
1 cup chopped pecans (can use other nuts)
1/2 Cup unsweetened coconut
1 square unsweetened chocolate (Bakers)

Here is how you make Chocolate Protein Bars - by Judy Feskun:

Melt butter, chocolate, and cream in microwave. Add protein powder, nuts and coconut. At this point the mix is fairly crumbly. Then I add warm water 1 tbsp at a time until the mixture just comes together. Spread in a plastic lined loaf pan and chill. The original recipe calls for 3 pkts of Splenda and instead of water to use syrup. I do not know if my protein powder is sweeter than the one used but I found these sweet enough without the extra sweetener. I think you will find that they take no more than 5 min to make and are a fantastic alternative to the commercial bars out there and so much cheaper. Also there is no glycerin to be concerned with.
