Blend skim milk powder and cocoa in large bowl. If powder is quite lumpy, you can blend small batches in blender to a finer powder. For each mug of cocoa, mix 1/2c of mix to about a 1/2 cup of boiling water (I actually prefer 1 cup of water.) You might need to mix with a small whisk to remove any lumps of mix in your water.
