Here is how you make Coconut and LSA Chewy Bars:

Preheat oven or toaster oven to 350 degrees F.Heat non-stick wok or frying pan on maximum heat. Add 1 tablespoon of coconut oil and heat for approx. 1 minute. Add shredded coconut and stir constantly until lightly browned.Process 2 1/2 cups rolled oats in blender or food processor until they become flour-like. Mix blended oats with dry ingredients in a bowl. (Omit half of the toasted coconut)Add all wet ingredients to the dry mixture and stir until well combined. Heat a small baking paper lined baking dish (about 5 inches x 12 inches, or similar) until moderately hot. remove dish and brush with 1 Tablespoon of coconut oil. Add mixture to the dish, pressing it down with a spatula. Sprinkle toasted coconut on top and press firmly into top. Using a bread and butter knife, cut the whole sheet into 15 bars. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until slightly brown. Let the bars cool and then cut them through again.
