Here is how you make Apricot Coconut Maple Granola:

Heat apricot preserves. Add oil, 1 tsp cinnamon and 1 tsp vanilla and stir. Measure all dry ingredients and fruit into a large bowl and toss to combine. Slowly pour warm apricot mixture over dry ingredients while stirring. Spread out onto a lightly greased (PAM) cookie sheet. Drizzle with maple syrup.
