Dry ingrediants:

1 cup Whey protein
1/2 cup Spelt flour
2 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup oat bran
1/2 cup flax seed ground
1/2 cup wheat germ
1 teaspoon sea salt
2 T. cinnamon
1 T nutmeg
1/2 cup sucanat

Wet ingrediants:

1 2/3 cup plain lowfat yogurt
1/4 cup coconut
1/4 cup healthy oil of your choice (I used safflower)
1 T olive oil (for coating hands when mixing)

Optional ingrediants NOT included in this recipe:
Dark chocolate
Nuts
Pumpkin seeds

Here is how you make Clean Eating Protein Bars (no choc, no nuts--w/ coconut):

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat a 9x13 pan with cooking spray.2. Combine all dry ingrediants in a mixing bowl3. Combine all wet ingrediants in separate mixing bowl4. Add wet ingrediants to dry. Use your hands to mix them well. Coat hands with olive oil to prevent sticking.5. Place mixture in prepared baking dish. Press it down so it's even. Bake on middle rack for 15 minutes.6. Remove from head and cool. Cut into bars (I cut into 18).7. Place bars on cookie sheet lined with Silpat or parchment paper. Bake an additional 15 minutes. Remove from heat and cool on rack.8. Store in airtight container, in refrigerator, or they can be frozen.Number of Servings: 18Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user GLFPRNCS.
