In food processor, grind pecans till coarse crumbs form; do not process into butter. Pour ground nuts into bowl and set aside. In food processor, chop pears and raisins finely. Add nuts and remaining ingredients to food processor bowl and process till moistened and crumbly. Using your hands, press and form mixture into 12 equal balls (about 20 grams each).
