1T of nut butter (I used smuckers natural)
smashed banana
1t Splenda (Recipe uses almond milk, etc. It's much sweeter than nonfat and without protein powder, I figured it'd need something to pick up the flavor.)

Mix in the order that ingredients are listed. Smash banana aside in it's own bowl, then mix into other ingredients. Pour on top of a plate, shape into a cookie. Refridgerate overnight. Enjoy in the AM!Notes: Milk suggested from 1/3c to 1/4 c. First attempt I added up to 1/4C as oats sopped up milk, but banana moistened cookie a lot. May be able to decrease next time. Once I have protein powder, I'll add 1/2 scoop or up. Also, she uses 1/2 banana, I added 1 small one and forgot to add salt. I also included Splenda.
