My boyfriend and I have been playing around with desserts, and this one came out pretty darn well. Instead of using two sticks of butter and two eggs, we subbed in canola oil and flax seed meal. After adding all the ingredients and mixing, if it still seems to dry, just add a TBSP of water and mix again.Also, chopped nuts are an added plus, we went with walnuts, but anything goes with chocolate chips!This ended up being a great snack dipped in skim milk. Next time I'm going to try to nix all the butter and eggs, but for now this is what we've got.
