The ingredients for Awesome Any Chip Cookie - Suz are:

Light Butter, 1/2 cup (Land of Lakes w/Canola Oil), melted
Granulated Sugar, 1/3 cup
Brown Sugar, 1/2 cup
Peanut Butter, 1/2 cup
Pure Vanilla Extract, 1/2 tsp
Egg
*Can use any combination of flour. Just use 1 cup of whatever kind you like. I use the ratio listed in recipe, but 1 cup of all purpose is fine.
Whole Wheat Flour, 1/3 cup
All Purpose Flour, 2/3 cup
Salt, 1/4 tsp
Quick cooking oats, 1 cup
1 cup chips (or more)
*Can use any kind. We like 1/2 butterscoth and 1/2 white choc. or 1/2 pb and 1/2 semi sweet or 1/4 of each! Or just add 1 cup of your favorite chocolate chip. I really don't measure the chips. :) Add m&m too if desired.

Here is how you make Awesome Any Chip Cookie - Suz:

Cream melted Butter, Sugar, Brown Sugar, vanilla, egg and PBMix in the soda and salt. Then the flour and oats. Add chipsDrop on cookie sheet covered with parchment. (I use a small round cookie scoop). Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes. These shouldn't spread much and keep their shape.
