6 cups Oatmeal
1/2 c White Whole Wheat Flour
1/2 C Whole Wheat Flour
1 T Cinnamon
1 T Vanilla
Salt
1 c Almonds
1/2 c 60% cacao bittersweet chocolate chips
1 c raisins
1 c Almond Milk
2 bananas
1/2 c raw honey
1/2 c peanut butter


How Do I Make You're the Boss Energy Cookie Bar?

Here is how you make You're the Boss Energy Cookie Bar:

In a large bowl combine dry ingredients. Grind 3 cups of the oatmeal into flour in a blender or food processor. I use a Nutribullet for this entire process. Chop almonds, chocolate chips and raisins to desired consistency and add to bowl. Blend milk and bananas and add as well. Finally, add honey and peanut butter and mix. This will be very thick. If it is too dry, add a couple tablespoons of hoy water at a time until easy to handle. Line a 9x13 pan with parchment paper. Dump entire mixture into pan. Use another piece of parchment to press down into the pan. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool completely. Use the parchment to lift of of the pan and place on a cooling rack if you have one. Slice in bars. Slice lengthwise down the center and across at the center again. Then cut into 1 inch slices. Store in air tight container or in individual zipper bags for lunches and convenience. They can be frozen...if you have any left. Variations: They can actually be made to eat uncooked. Just leave out the flour and use another cup of Oatmeal. Refrigerate. Use whatever nut butter you may like, use whatever dried fruit you may like as long as it is not coated in sugar, eg, dried plums, apricots, peaches, apples, cranberries, etc. If you have nut allergies just leave them out and add another banana.
