Heat sugar, butter, milk and cocoa in large pot over medium heat - stirring constantly. Bring to rolling boil, and continue to cook for 1 minute - continue to stir. Remove from heat. Quickly add peanut butter until mixed in, then add oats. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto platters or parchment paper. Let cool.
