Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl except for the margarine, baking soda, and maple syrup. Place the margarine, maple syrup and baking soda in a small pan and melt altogether. Then combine ingredients and roll into medium sized balls. Place on cookie sheet.
