1 cup Peanutbutter Chunky

Dough:
1 c Crisco shortening
1 cup Peanutbutter Chunky
4 tbsp milk
1 tsp salt
2 c granulated sugar
2 lg eggs
2 1/2 c flour
1 tsp baking soda

Here is how you make Peanut Butter Pinwheel Cookies:

Filling: Melt chips; remove from heat add 1 cup peanutbutter mix till well blended. Let cool while you make the dough. Dough:Cream shortening and sugar til light and fluffy. Beat in 1 cup peanutbutter, eggs and milk. In another bowl mix together the flour, soda and salt. Stir into creamed mixture. Chill then roll out to about 1/8 inch thick. Spread the filling mixture onto this. Then roll up jelly roll style. Wrap in waxed paper and chill for about 2 - 4 hours then cut into 1/4 inch slices and bake at 365 for 12 minutes.
