Baking Soda 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 c. chopped walnuts 1/2 c. dark chocolate chips or dark chocolate bar, broken into pieces How Do I Make "Good For You" Cookies?Here is how you make "Good For You" Cookies: Melt butter in microwave, just until melted but not hot. Mix together butter, egg and vanilla in one bowl. In second bowl, combine all dry ingredients and mix well. Add butter/egg/vanilla to dry ingredients, and mix well. Stir in walnuts and chocolate chips. Mix until well blended. Drop dough by teaspoon onto baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes. Let set on cookie sheet for about 5 minutes before removing. Move to wire cooling rack. Store in air-tight container. Makes approximately 34 cookies.
