Preheat oven to 350.Mix flax and Chia seeds in water and let sit. Cream butter, sugar, and brown sugar. Add eggs and vanilla and mix well. Add flax mixture and stir well. In a large mixing bowl soft together flour, brewers yeast, fenugreek, baking soda, and salt. Add oats and stir. Add dry ingredients to butter mixture 1 cup at a time until thoroughly incorporated.
