Here is how you make Ginger Molasses Cookies:

Pre-heat oven to 350.Mix together well the first 4 ingredients. In a seperate bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Add in 3rds to the wet mixture, making sure ingredients are well combined before adding each third. Make rounded tsp sized balls on non-stick cookie sheet. Flatten a bit, so that the cookie is about half an inch thick. Sprinkle with granulated sugar. Bake for 9-11 minutes.
