Here is how you make Homemade Shortbread Cookies:

(I use a food processor to make these cookies.Cream room temperature butter with sugar. Add vanilla and almond extract into cream mixture. Add flour all at once and mix well.Use a small scoop and place on ungreased cookie sheet separated about 1 inch apart. I use an unopened small tomato sauce can (washed well and sprayed with Pam) Dip the can into the sugar cinnammon mixture and press the ball of cookie dough into a cookie.
