Here is how you make Almond Oatmeal Smiley Cookies:

Preheat oven to 350 F.Lightly spray cookie sheets with cooking spray.Grind almonds and oats in a blender. Combine with flour, cinnamon, and baking powder. In a separate bowl mix apple sauce, vanilla extract, and honey. Add to dry ingredients and mix until well combined. Roll dough into 1 inch balls and place on cookie sheet, allowing room for them to spread. Use thumb or back of a melon baller or spoon to make an indentation.
