1/2c.butter, salted and softened
1c. brown sugar
1c. splenda
2 eggs
2tsp. vanilla

3c. whole wheat flour
4 c. old fashion oats dry
2tsp. baking soda

2c dried cherries
1/2 c. HOT water

1c. walnuts
2c. coconut


How Do I Make Cherry oatmeal Cookies?

Here is how you make Cherry oatmeal Cookies:

Soak cherries in hot water and set aside. Cream bananas, butter, brown sugar, splenda, eggs and vanilla. Drain cherries very well. Add liquid to cream mixture and cream together. In separate large bowl mix with a large wooden spoon flour, baking soda, and oats, set aside. In a large food chopper place cherries, walnuts,and coconut and chop to a fine texture. Add cream mixture to the dry ingredients and blend very well. Add in chopped mixture and blend very well. Using a teaspoon measuring spoon make balls of dough and place about 1/2 inch apart on sprayed baking sheet.
