Here is how you make Grandma?s Oatmeal Cookies:

Cream butter, sugars, then add eggs, vanilla, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg, and mix well. Add flour and mix u til incorporated. Add oatmeal a cup at a time until incorporated. Form into four logs and refrigerate at least 4 hours. To bake, preheat oven to 350?, cut each log into slices 1/4? thick and arrange on baking sheet (I use parchment paper). May need to reform Cookies to a rounder shape. Bake 10-11 minutes, remove from oven, and allow to cool 5 minutes before removing cookies to cooling rack.Serving Size:?Makes about 128 cookies
