.5 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 cup Quaker Oats Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats

How Do I Make Healthy Flourless Oatmeal and Cranberry Cookies?

Here is how you make Healthy Flourless Oatmeal and Cranberry Cookies:

Preheat oven to 350 and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a large bowl whisk almond flour, cinnamon, baking soda and salt together until there are no lumps. In a small bowl whisk coconut oil, almond butter, syrup and vanilla extract until well combined. Add wet ingredients to the dry and whisk until combined. Cover the bowl and place in the back of the refrigerator where it's very cold and chill for 30 minutes. Scoop chilled dough into 1 &1/2 TBS mounds and press the dough tightly when scooping. Space the balls a couple inches apart on baking sheet and lightly flatten each mound of dough. You can top each cookie with a couple cranberries. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes and do not overtake.
