Here is how you make Matt's spicy oatmeal cookies:

Preheat oven to 350. In a very large bowl cream together butters, sugars, eggs, and vanilla. Slowly add flour, baking soda, pumpkin pie spice, salt, oats, and raisins. Bake 12 minutes until light and golden brown. Do not overbake. Let them cool 2 minutes and remove to cooling rack. I used a small Pampered Chef scoop to get 100 balls of dough.
