How Do I Make No Bake 3 Ingridient Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cookies (by Pandorass)?

Here is how you make No Bake 3 Ingridient Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cookies (by Pandorass):

Combine syrup and oats in small saucepan, stir together continuously over low to medium Heat, allowing the oats to moisten and cook slightly... Then add in the peanut butter allowing it to melt and slightly liquify, getting all of the oats covered with the peanut butter and syrup... Now here you can add any kind of extras you might like such as nuts, raisins, cranberries, blueberries, fruits Etc... Also if you want to make this more of a sugar-free dessert, then I suggest getting a reduced-fat peanut butter and a sugar-free syrup or a light syrup depending on what taste you would like to go with... You can also make them richer by adding Hershey's Chocolate Syrup...again up to you, but when beginning the liquid cooking, put the syrup and chocolate syrup together to help cook the oats so that they're not so stiff when stirring... Make sure once you get it all blended together, to quickly take it off the heat and get to a tray with wax paper on it then take your spoon and another spoon out to make one and three-quarter to 2-inch balls spacing them apart so that they can settle...you want to do this as quickly as possible because they will start to seize up quickly... Once you've done that you can put them in the refrigerator to chill and finish setting... Doesn't take long and they're ready to go! Enjoy!Serving Size: Makes approx. 24. - 1.75 to 2" cookies flat or balls!Number of Servings: 24.0Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user PANDORASS.
