Whisk together flour baking soda and cinnamon. Melt butter let cool.when cool add eggs, mashed banana and vanilla beat together. add raisins let soak. Combine all the sugars with the zest. Using an ice cream scoop, scoop out a ball of dough, place on cookie sheet 2 inches apart press flat. Bake 375* 15 minutes remove and cool for 5 minutes.
