Here is how you make Oatmeal Raisin Walnut Bar Cookies:

Heat oven to 350 degree. Beat sugars and margarine together. Add applesauce, egg, milk, and vanilla. Mix well. Combine flour, baking soda and cinnamon and mix well. Stir in raisins and nuts. Spray a 9 X 13 baking pan with pam or grease very lightly. Spread dough into pan until even. Bake 25 to 30 minutes. Cut into 24 squares.
