Here is how you make Oatmeal Vanilla Drop Cookies:

Get all ingriedients measured out before starting. Spread out on table a long sheet of wax paper or parchment paper, 2 teaspoons and a pot holer. Then, melt butter in medium sized pot over medium heat. Add all sugar and the evaporated milk. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture comes to a FULL boil. Time for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Immediately take off burner and add vanilla, stir thoroughly. Immediately add all of oatmeal then stir completely. Drop, by heaping tsp onto wax paper.
