Here is how you make Peanut-Free Ranger Cookies:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Beat butter and sugar until creamy. Beat in eggs and vanilla. In blender or food processor, grind oats and pecans until fine meal. Stir in flour, oats, pecans, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Fold in M&M's last. Scoop by rounded teaspoonfuls (or using a #32 scoop) onto a parchment lined baking sheet.
