1 c. flaked almonds toasted

1 tsp baking soda
3/4 -1 c. rye flour or white
mix well and make into walnut size balls
press down with fork
I use parchment paper on my cookie sheets
Bake at 350 F. for 8 minutes. remove and place on racks to cool.
