The ingredients for Sugar Cookies - Eggless are:

2 Tbsp. Ground Flax Seed
6 Tbsp. water
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 cup sugar
1 cup butter
2 cups flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Start by prepping the egg substitute by adding ground flax seed meal, water and baking soda together. Warm mixture in microwave for approximately 8 seconds. This will cause the mixture to form into egg-like texture. Set this mixture aside. Cream butter and sugar together. Add the egg substitute. Sift together the flour, baking powder and salt and add to butter mixure. Add milk and vanilla. Spoon onto cookie sheet and bake at 350 for approximately 8 minutes. You can opt to roll out dough and cut with cookie cutters.
