Pop 20 Cups air popped popcornmeanwhile, combine all others except baking soda and bring to a boil in a large glass bowl or measuring cup. Stir frequently and boil 3 min. (watch carefully during all steps of microwaving, this could burn easily if not stirred or shaken enough)Add baking soda and stir well immediately after bringing out of microwave.Place popcorn in large paper grocery bag and pour carmel over top. Roll top of bag and place in microwave. Microwave for a total of 3 minutes shaking every 20 or 30 seconds. Shake well, this is what coats the corn in caramel.
