Makes 4 approximately 1 cup servings.Place milk, honey and pumpkin spice in a small sauce pan. Stirring constantly, bring to a boil. Add couscous, remove from heat, stir, and cover. After 5 minutes, remove lid from pan and with a fork, fluff up the couscous. Add the fruit and nut blend and stir.
