Here is how you make Sunflower Crackers:

In food processor grind sunflower seeds. Add parm and little salt and pepper (or desired spices), blend again. Drissle in water (may need little more or less) the mixture will come together in ball. Roll out mixture as thin as possible in between 2 pieces of wax paper, sprayed with non-stick spray. Pull top wax paper off carefully. Filp the rolled out mixture onto a silpat on a cookie sheet. Cut into 1in by 1in pieces. Bake 325 for 20 mins. Then I like to flip all, brake apart and bake 10 more mins to color both sides. Serving Size:?50 crackers
