3.0 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh
1.0 fl oz Creme de menthe
5.0 tbsp Hershey's Special Dark Chocolate Chips
1- 2 tbsp *Ghirardelli Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (1 Serving = 1 Tablespoon) DEPENDING ON HOW MUCH CHOCOLATE FLAVOR YOU WANT.

Here is how you make PG7'S CREME-DE-MENTHE CHOC N'ICE CREAM:

Chop and freeze bananas. Puree frozen banana chunks in food processor to a creamy consistency. Add a splash of milk to help with mixing. I used whole milk, any type you prefer will work. Next add peppermint extract, creme de menthe, salt, and mix well in food processor. Pulse or chop chocolate pieces or chips. Mix with powdered chocolate. Add some of the chocolate to bottom of freezer safe container, layer some mint n'ice cream, continue layering and top with remaining chocolate.
